Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

  • That institution should be an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrate sufficient funds to support yourself without employment or public assistance.
  • Have proof of return or onward travel arrangements.

For applicants under 18:

  • You must have organized your travel and accommodation in the UK.
  • Obtain consent from your parent or guardian to study in the UK.

Restrictions

While on a Short-term Study Visa, you cannot:

  • Enroll in any other course or change your current course.
  • Attend a state-funded school.
  • Engage in any form of work, including paid, unpaid, internships, or business activities.
  • Extend your visa beyond 11 months.
  • Bring dependents with you.
  • Apply for public funds, benefits, or the State Pension.
